Eleni-Orsalia Sklavounouis a faculty member of the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering of the School of Engineering of the University of West Attica since November 2018, in the field of Industrial Processes for Renewable Energy Forms and Green Technology. She is a Mechanical Engineer from NTUA and followedthe course of production engineer. She also holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with Management from the University of the West of Scotland.

She has worked as a freelancer maintaining a technical office and has been involved in the preparation and supervision of drafting studies and project constructions such as small and large scale electromechanical installations, drafting studies of production processes in industry, studies on energy saving systems in modern buildings and inindustry as well as with the issuance of licenses for the establishment and operation of professional workshops and industries.

In the elaboration of studies and supervision of electromechanical projects in small and large scale facilities. She has also been involved in feasibility studies, production process studies, environmental impact management and energy saving systems in industry, as well as with the issuance of licenses for the establishment and operation of professional workshops and industries.

She has many years of experience as a professor in higher education, teaching mechanical engineering and production engineering.

Since October 2018, she is a PhD candidate on "Framework of Uncertainty Management in Mega Projects".
