Constantine Alafodimos is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering, School of Engineering, University of West Attica. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of New Mexico, USA. Prof. Alafodimos' area of expertise is Automatic Control Systems and Supervisory Control. He has participated in educational and research projects funded by the EU and Greek Authorities such as Adapt, Leonardo, Tempus, Archimedes, PLATO, PAVE, etc. He also has significant administrative experience from his participation in Committees and Management Bodies of the former TEI of PIRAEUS and the University of West Attica.

Efthimios Gravas is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering, School of Engineering, University of West Attica. He is the author of publications in international scientific journals, books and conference proceedings. He has served as Headt of the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering.

Dimitrios Tseles is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering, School of Engineering, University of West Attica. He is a founder and member of the Research Laboratory of Electronic Automation, Telematics and Cyber-physical Systems. He holds a Diploma in Physics (1977) and two postgraduate degrees (1979, 1982) from the University of Athens as well as a PhD in Control Systems from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1983). He is the author of about 300 publications in international scientific journals, books and conference proceedings that receive a large number of citations. He has served as Head of the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering and as a member of the Steering Committee of the University of West Attica. In addition, he has organized and participated in various research and development projects in Greece and Europe. He is a member of various institutes and associations including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Russian Association of Networks and Services (RANS), the International Association for Electronic Science (IAFeS) and the Euro-Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences (EMAAS).
